I HIGHLY prefer handling commissions through Ko-Fi or VGen, but if you are not opting for that route, I do still prefer full payment upfront. But I am okay with half upfront, half after completion! Especially for the painted style, as I know it's a lot.
I will not issue any full refunds after I have begun the sketch. However, I completely understand that things may come up sometimes or you may change your mind. If you change your mind after the sketch, I will issue a partial refund depending on how far along the image is.
If only the sketch has been done, I will issue an 80% refund.
If lineart is done, 40%.
Lineart plus colors, 30%.
If I have begun shading the piece, 20%.
I will not issue any refunds for a finished piece.
If you are unsatisfied with the art, please communicate with me and I will do my best to improve the piece for you, but I cannot offer refunds and effectively make myself have worked for free, I have bills to pay as well.Usual Process:
• After discussing details and accepting payment, I will send you an initial sketch of the image. Once you confirm if any revisions are necessary or give the go ahead to continue, I will proceed to work on delivering the finished product.
• If revisions are necessary, I will update the sketch and resend, no problem!!
• IMPORTANT: Past the sketch stage, I will no longer accept requests for major edits or changes, so be sure to be upfront about any concerns you may have about poses, hair styles, composition, etc at this stage!!! Requests for major changes once lineart has been done may incur additional charges of ~$9 or more per additional change request depending on complexity and how far along the illustration is at!
• If at any point you wish to see an in-progress shot of the current state of the illustration, you are more than welcome to ask, and I shall send you one as soon as possible after seeing the request!
• After finishing the piece, I will send it to you to confirm if it is to your liking. At this final confirmation stage, if there are any minor issues, please let me know and I will do my best to correct them!
• After any minor edits or if you are satisfied with the image, I will ask your preferred method of receiving the full resolution image! I can do a DeviantArt Stash link, OneDrive link, or email the file. Or if there is another method for file download you prefer, feel free to let me know!____________________If you're interested, you can submit a request through Ko-Fi, VGen, or message me at any of my accounts (aside from Tumblr,, as I don't check it very often)!!
